Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. chicken 500 gm
  2. 2 chopped onions
  3. 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 2 tbsp mustard oil
  5. 2 tablespoon refined oil
  6. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  7. 2 tablespoon turmeric powder
  8. 2 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  9. 2 tbsp meat masala powder
  10. 2 green chillies
  11. 2 beliefs

Instructions

  1. TAKE 500 GMS CHICKEN, ADD 1 TSP GINGER- GARLIC PASTE, THE DRY MASALA POWDERS
  2. ADD SALT, 2 TBSP MUSTARD OIL, MIX WELL, SET ASIDE
  3. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 2 BAY LEAVES, 2 CHOPPED ONIONS, SAUTE FOR 2 MINS
  4. ADD 1 CHOPPED TOMATO, FRY UNTIL SOFT
  5. ADD THE MARINATED CHICKEN, MIX WELL, SAUTE FOR 2 MINS
  6. COVER & COOK FOR 5-6 MINS ON MEDIUM HEAT
  7. ADD 1 TBSP CURD, MIX IN
  8. ADD 250 GMS PAR-BOILED BABY POTATOES, 2 CHOPPED CARROTS, 200 GMS PEAS, MIX & COOK FOR 2 MINS
  9. ADD 3 CUPS WARM WATER
  10. ADD 2 SLIT GREEN CHILLIES, COVER & COOK FOR 10-12 MINS ON MEDIUM HEAT
  11. ADD 1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER, SIMMER FOR 1 MINUTE, TAKE OFF HEAT
  12. SERVE HOT WITH RICE / ROTI
