Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. MaggiPazzta cheese Macaroni 2 pkts
  2. 4 cups water
  3. Capcisum 1 cubed
  4. Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  5. Curd 1/4 cup
  6. Chicken tikka Sheekh 4 pc
  7. Gg paste 1 tbsp
  8. Chicken tikka masala 1 tbsp
  9. Chicken tandoori 1 tbsp
  10. Basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. ADD THE CONTENTS OF 2 PACKETS OF MAGGI CHEESE MACARONI PAZZTA INTO 4 CUPS WATER
  2. ADD THE TASTEMAKERS WHICH COMES ALONG WITH THE PACK, MIX & BRING TO A BOIL
  3. SIMMER & COOK AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PACK
  4. ONCE DONE, TAKE OFF HEAT & SET ASIDE
  5. HEAT 1 TBSP GHEE, ADD 2 EACH OF CLOVES & PEPPERCORNS, 1 EACH OF A GREEN CARDAMOM & CINNAMON STICK
  6. ADD 1 TBSP GINGER-GARLIC PASTE, SAUTE
  7. ADD 1 TBSP EACH OF CHICKEN TIKKA & TANDOORI MASALAS
  8. ADD 1/4 CUP CURD, WHISK IN
  9. ADD 2 TBSP TOMATO PUREE
  10. ADD CHOPPED, PRE-COOKED CHICKEN SEEKH KEBABS
  11. ADD 1 CUBED CAPSICUM, MIX & COOK UNTIL THE OIL LEAVES THE SIDES
  12. THE CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA IS READY, TAKE OFF HEAT
  13. LAYER HALF OF THE READY MAGGI PAZZTA AT THE BOTTOM OF A BOWL
  14. ADD THE CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA
  15. ADD THE REMAINING PAZZTA, BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 5 MINS
  16. GARNISH WITH FRESH BASIL LEAVES, SERVE HOT, TRY IT, IT'S YUM!
