Soya granules 1/2cup
Egg 2
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Fresh bread crumbs 1cup
Fresh cream 2tbsp
Fresh chopped coriander leaves 3 tbsp
Green chillies 5
Oil 2tsp
Dry spices to add in chicken mince
Salt 1.5 tsp
Red chilli powder 1.5tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2tsp
Roasted coriander powder 2tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1tsp
Vinegar 1tbsp
Soya sauce 2tsp
Ingredients for Sweet and sour sauce
Tomato sauce 1/2cup
Chilli flakes 1.5tsp
Red Chilli powder /sauce 1tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2tsp
Soya sauce 2tsp
Salt 1tsp
Sugar 2tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Oil 2tsp
Onion 1big chopped
Capsicum 1 chopped
Cornflour 1tsp in 1/4 cup water
Instructions
ARRANGE ALL THE INGREDIENTS FOR THE CHICKEN BALLS
IN 500 GMS OF CHICKEN MINCE ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS WRITTEN FOR THE MARINATION OF CHICKEN BALLS
ADD FRESH GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1TBSP
ADD 1 1/2 CUP BOILED AND SQUEEZED SOYA GRANULES
ADD 1 CUP FRESH BREAD CRUMBS
ADD 2 EGGS
ADD 2 TBSP FRESH MALAI OR CREAM
MIX WELL
ADD 3TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND 5 GREEN CHILLIES
GREASE HANDS AND MAKE SMALL BALLS
ADD 2TSP OIL ON A TAWA .PUT THE BALLS ON THE TAWA PROPERLY
COOK ON SLOW HEAT COVERED AND OCCASIONALLY STIR IT SLOWLY
AFTER 10 -15 MINUTES WHEN THE BALLS ARE EVENLY COOKED AND GOLDEN IN COLOUR, TAKE IT OUT IN A BOWL
MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS FOR THE SAUCE
HEAT 2TSP OIL ON A TAWA ADD ADD 1 BIG CHOPPED ONION
WHEN ONIONS ARE SLIGHTLY PINK ADD THE SAUCE
STIR FOR 2...3 MINUTES ON HIGH HEAT
ADD 1BIG CAPSICUM CHOPPED
MIX AND ADD FRIED BALLS .COOK ON SLOW HEAT FOR 10 MORE MINUTES TILL THE SAUCE COATS THE BALLS
