Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chicken mince 500gms
  2. Soya granules 1/2cup
  3. Egg 2
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  5. Fresh bread crumbs 1cup
  6. Fresh cream 2tbsp
  7. Fresh chopped coriander leaves 3 tbsp
  8. Green chillies 5
  9. Oil 2tsp
  10. Dry spices to add in chicken mince
  11. Salt 1.5 tsp
  12. Red chilli powder 1.5tsp
  13. Black pepper powder 1/2tsp
  14. Roasted coriander powder 2tsp
  15. Roasted cumin powder 1tsp
  16. Vinegar 1tbsp
  17. Soya sauce 2tsp
  18. Ingredients for Sweet and sour sauce
  19. Tomato sauce 1/2cup
  20. Chilli flakes 1.5tsp
  21. Red Chilli powder /sauce 1tsp
  22. Black pepper powder 1/2tsp
  23. Soya sauce 2tsp
  24. Salt 1tsp
  25. Sugar 2tsp
  26. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  27. Oil 2tsp
  28. Onion 1big chopped
  29. Capsicum 1 chopped
  30. Cornflour 1tsp in 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL THE INGREDIENTS FOR THE CHICKEN BALLS
  2. IN 500 GMS OF CHICKEN MINCE ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS WRITTEN FOR THE MARINATION OF CHICKEN BALLS
  3. ADD FRESH GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1TBSP
  4. ADD 1 1/2 CUP BOILED AND SQUEEZED SOYA GRANULES
  5. ADD 1 CUP FRESH BREAD CRUMBS
  6. ADD 2 EGGS
  7. ADD 2 TBSP FRESH MALAI OR CREAM
  8. MIX WELL
  9. ADD 3TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND 5 GREEN CHILLIES
  10. GREASE HANDS AND MAKE SMALL BALLS
  11. ADD 2TSP OIL ON A TAWA .PUT THE BALLS ON THE TAWA PROPERLY
  12. COOK ON SLOW HEAT COVERED AND OCCASIONALLY STIR IT SLOWLY
  13. AFTER 10 -15 MINUTES WHEN THE BALLS ARE EVENLY COOKED AND GOLDEN IN COLOUR, TAKE IT OUT IN A BOWL
  14. MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS FOR THE SAUCE
  15. HEAT 2TSP OIL ON A TAWA ADD ADD 1 BIG CHOPPED ONION
  16. WHEN ONIONS ARE SLIGHTLY PINK ADD THE SAUCE
  17. STIR FOR 2...3 MINUTES ON HIGH HEAT
  18. ADD 1BIG CAPSICUM CHOPPED
  19. MIX AND ADD FRIED BALLS .COOK ON SLOW HEAT FOR 10 MORE MINUTES TILL THE SAUCE COATS THE BALLS
