  2. Onion...3
  3. Garlic cloves...10
  4. Kashmiri red chilli_ginger paste...5tspn
  5. Turmeric powder...2tspn
  6. Red chilli powder...2tspn
  7. Cumin powder...1tspn
  8. Coriander powder...1tspn
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. FRY CHOPPED ONION & GARLIC CLOVES IN HOT OIL FOR FEW MINUTES.
  2. COOL IT & MAKE A PASTE OF IT.
  3. ADD KASHMIRI RED CHILLI_ GINGER PASTE, CORIANDER POWDER
  4. RED CHILLI, TURMERIC & CUMIN POWDER.
  5. MARINATE THE FISH WITH SALT & LEMON JUICE
  6. NOW APPLY THE MASALA PASTE
  7. MARINATE THE FISH FOR AN HOUR
  8. NOW REMOVE MARINADE & FRY THE FISH
  9. FRY SOME ONION RINGS
  10. FRY SOME TOMATO RINGS ALSO
  11. FRY GREEN CHILLI & MARINADE MASALA
  12. APPLY SOME DROPS OF WATER & FRY IT WELL.
  13. NOW ADD THE FRIED FISH PIECES
  14. ADD FRIED ONION_TOMATO RINGS & CORIANDER LEAVES
