Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup Whole wheat flour
  2. 2 tsp butter
  3. 2 tsp all purpose flour
  4. 2 cup milk
  5. 1 cup grated cheese
  6. 2 tsp oil
  7. 2 onion,tomato chopped
  8. 1 zuccini chopped
  9. 1 green chilli chopped
  10. 4-5 garlic cloves
  11. 1 tsp red chilli ,coriander powder
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 2 tsp mix dried herbs
  14. 2 cup grated cheese
  15. 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  16. 1 fresh green garlic

Instructions

  1. IN A BOWL ADD 2 CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, SALT TO TASTE AND MIX PROPERLY.
  2. THEN ADD 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA OR MIX DRIED HERB.
  3. ADD 2 TSP OIL AND MIX IT WELL.
  4. THEN WITH HELP OF WATER KNEED STIFF DOUGH ,DOUGH SHOULD NOT BE TOO SOFT NOR TOO TIGHT.
  5. LET IT REST FOR 15 MIN.
  6. CHOP 2 TOMATO ,2 ONION, 1 GREEN CHILLI AND 1 ZUCCINI.
  7. HEAT OIL ADD 2 TSP GARLIC THEN ADD ONION, AND SAUTE FOR 2 MIN ,TILL RAW SMELL GOES.
  8. THEN ADD TOMATO AND COOK IT FOR 2 MORE MIN.
  9. THEN ADD ZUCCINI AND COOK IT FOR 2 MIN ..
  10. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI ,SALT ,COARIANDER POWDER.
  11. FOR CHEESE SAUCE : HEAT 2 TSP BUTTER AND ADD 2 TSP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR AND SAUTE IT.
  12. THEN ADD 2 CUP MILK AND COOK IT TILL ONE BOIL.
  13. ADD 2 TSP SUGAR ,1 TSP MIX HERBS AND MIX WELL.
  14. ADD 1 CUP OF GRATED CHEESE AND MIX WELL TILL MIXTURE BECOME THICK.
  15. ROLL DOUGH OUT TO CHAPATI THICKNESS.
  16. CUT DOUGH IN STRAIGHT SHEET ,WE NEED 3 SHEET OF SAME SIZE..
  17. BOIL 4 CUP WATER AND ADD 1 TSP OIL THEN COOK PASTA SHEET FOR 5 MIN ,REMOVE IT WHEN IT FLOATS.
  18. GRESSE ANY CONTAINER WITH OIL THEN WE NEED TO ADD LAYERS ,FIRST ADD MIX VEGETABLES SAUCE .
  19. THEN ADD BOILED PASTA SHEET,DON'T WORRY IF PASTA SHEET BROKE.
  20. THEN PUT MIX VEGETABLE SAUCE AGAIN , SPREAD EVENLY.
  21. THEN ADD CHEESE SAUCE LAYER AND SPREAD EVENLY..
  22. POUR CHEESE LAYER AND SPREAD EVENLY..
  23. THEN ADD SECOND LAYER OF BOILED PASTA AND TOP IT WITH MIX VEGETABLE SAUCE ..
  24. THEN POUR CHEESE SAUCE AND SPREAD IT EVENLY.
  25. THEN SPREAD GRATED CHEESE EVENLY.
  26. THEN ADD 3 LAYER OF BOILED PASTA SHEET..
  27. ADD REMAINING VEGETABLE SAUCE ON IT..
  28. TOP IT WITH CHEESE SAUCE AND SPREAD EVENLY.
  29. AT LAST ADD GRATED CHEESE TILL IT COVER ALL AND SPREAD EVENLY.
  30. SPRINKLE BREAD CRUMB ,IT WILL GIVE EXTRA CRISPINESS.
  31. SPRINKLE MIX HERBS AND RED CHILLI FLAKES.
  32. BAKE IT IN PREHEATED OVEN FOR 15 MIN AT 180.C
  33. GARNISH WITH FRESH GARLIC GREENS..AND CUT IN EVEN SIZES..
  34. YOUR CHEESE HOMEMADE HEALTHY LASANYA IS READY..ENJOY.
