  1. 1cup basmati rice
  2. 1 litter water
  3. 1tsp ghee
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. Ingredients For tadka
  6. 1tbsp ghee
  7. Hand full of coriander
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Cooked rice

Instructions

  1. 1CUP BASMATI RICE
  2. HEAT 1 LITTER WATER
  3. WASH PROPERLY
  4. DRAIN.DO WASH AND DRAIN THREE TIMES
  5. ADD PINCH OF SALT AND 1 TSP GHEE
  6. ADD WASHED RICE
  7. MIX AND COVERED WITH LID THEN COOK ON LAW FLAME
  8. AFTER 10 MINUTES LET'S CHEAK ADD WATER
  9. IT'S EASILY BROCK. DONE.OFF THE FLAME
  10. DRAIN EXCESS WATER
  11. HEAT 1TBSP GHEE
  12. ADD 1TSP CUMIN SEEDS AND HAND FULL OF CORIANDER
  13. SAUTEED ADD COOKED RICE
  14. SALT TO TASTE AND MIX
  15. 2 MINUTES MORE COOK AND IT'S READY
