Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cabbage chopped 1 cup
  2. Buttermilk 1/2 cup
  3. Water 2-3 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Grated coconut 2 cup
  6. Jeera 1 tsp
  7. Soaked rice 2 tsp
  8. Fried gram dal 1 tsp
  9. Cooking oil 1 tsp
  10. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  11. Red chilli 1
  12. Urad dal 1 tsp
  13. Curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. COOK CABBAGE WITH SALT AND SUFFICIENT WATER
  2. GRATED COCONUT, 2 TSP RICE SOAKED 10 MINUTES
  3. FRIED GRAM DAL, JEERA
  4. ADD SOME WATER AND GRIND
  5. GREEN CHILLI AND CONTINUE GRINDING
  6. CHECK THE COOKNESS
  7. ADD GROUND PASTE
  8. ADD SOME WATER AND 1/2 CUP BUTTERMILK
  9. MIX WELL
  10. BRING IT TO BOIL ONCE
  11. HEAT OIL, RED CHILLI AND LET SPLUTTER MUSTARD SEEDS
  12. ADD URAD DAL AND FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  13. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND SEASONING, SERVE
