  1. For spinach balls
  2. Finely chopped spinach 3 cups
  3. Gram flour 1 cup
  4. Turmeric 1 tsp
  5. Jeera 1 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil 1 tsp
  8. Green chilli paste 1 tbsp
  9. For kadi
  10. Curd 2 cups
  11. Water 2 cups
  12. Gram flour 2 tsp
  13. Salt
  14. Oil 2 tsp
  15. Rai jeera 1 tsp
  16. Curry leaves few
  17. Dry red chilli 3

Instructions

  1. TAKE 3 CUPS OF FINELY CHOPPED SPINACH..ADD 1 CUP GRAM FLOUR,1 TSP TURMERIC,1 TSP JEERA POWDER
  2. ADD 1 TBSP GREEN CHILLI PASTE,1 TSP OIL, SALT AND MIX WELL..DO NOT ADD WATER...KEEP MIXTURE READY
  3. TAKE TWO CUPS OF CURD,2 CUPS WATER,2 TSP GRAM FLOUR AND BLEND IT INTO FINE PUREE AND BOIL
  4. HEAT OIL..ADD RAI JEERA,FEW CURRY LEAVES AND DRY RED CHILLIES AND TRANSFER IT INTO KADI
  5. MIX WELL , FORM ROUND BALLS AND DROP ONE BY ONE...IN KADI
  6. ONCE BOILED..MAKE ROUND BALLS OF SPINACH MIXTURE AND DROP IT ONE BY ONE IN BOILED KADI
  7. ONCE BALLS COMES UP AFTER BOILING,OFF THE GAS
