Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole wheat flour 2-3 cups
  2. Chopped Methi or Fenugreek leaves 2 cups
  3. Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  4. Turmeric powder half teaspoon
  5. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. CHOPPED METHI LEAVES 2 CUPS, GARLIC PASTE 1 TEASPOON, TURMERIC POWDER 1/2 TEASPOON AND SALT TO TASTE
  2. TAKE 2-3 CUPS OF WHEAT FLOUR, ADD TURMERIC POWDER, GARLIC PASTE, SALT TO TASTE AND CHOPPED METHI LEAVES
  3. MIX WELL EVERYTHING
  4. ADD SOME WATER
  5. MIX WELL AND KNEAD A TIGHT DOUGH AND ALLOW IT TO REST FOR SOME TIME
  6. DOUGH IS READY AFTER SOME TIME, PREPARE BALLS FROM IT
  7. DUST THe BALL WITH SOME DRY FLOUR AND ROLL OUT A CHAPATI AND COOK ON TAWA
  8. COOK AND DRY ROAST ON TAWA FROM BOTH SIDES
  9. NOW DRY ROAST DIRECTLY ON FLAME FROM BOTH SIDES
  10. LIKE THIS PREPARE ALL METHI ROTIS
  11. FLAVOURFUL METHI ROTI IS READY TO SERVE WITH SEASONED CURD AND JACKFRUIT PICKLE
