  4. 10-12 byadgi chillies
  5. Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  6. Fried gram 2 tbsp
  7. Ground nuts 6-10
  8. Badam [almonds] 4-6
  9. Cashews 6-10
  10. Melon seeds 1 tbsp
  11. curry leaves
  12. Hing
  13. Salt

Instructions

  1. TAKE 10-12 BYADGI CHILLIES
  2. TAKE 1/4 CUP CHANNA DAL
  3. TAKE 1/4 CUP URAD DAL
  4. TAKE 2 TBSP FRIED GRAM
  5. TAKE GROUNDNUT, BADAM AND CASHEW
  6. TAKE 1/4 CUP SESAME SEEDS
  7. TAKE REQUIRED SALT AND 1 TBSP DESSICATED COCONUT
  8. TAKE 1 TSP HING
  9. DRY ROAST SESAME SEEDS AND SET ASIDE
  10. DRY ROAST BYAGDI CHILLES AND SET ASIDE
  11. ADD 1 TBSP OIL AND 1/4 CUP CHANNA DAL
  12. ADD 1/4 CUP URAD DAL AND SAUTE
  13. ADD FEW GROUNDNUTS TO ENHANCE TASTE
  14. FRY TILL IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN
  15. ADD FEW ROASTED CURRY LEAVES TO ENHANCE TASTE AND COOL THE MIXTURE
  16. GRIND CHILLIES, NUTS, COCONUT, FRIED GRAM, HING, MELON SEEDS
  17. GRIND TO FINE POWDER
  18. NOW ADD COMPLETELY COOLED MIXTURE
  19. ADD REQUIRED SALT AND GRIND TO COARSE POWDER
  20. PROTEIN RICH TASTY MILAGAI PODI READY!!
  21. TAKE LEFT OVER IDLIES ADD OIL
  22. OIL SHOULD BE COATED UNIFORMLY
  23. ADD MILAGAI PODI AND COAT UNIFORMLY
  24. YUMMY SPICY IDLY READY!!
