Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6tbsp butter
  2. 100g caster sugar
  3. 3 small scoop milk
  4. 100g redined flour
  5. 1tsp baking powder
  6. 25 g cranberries, frozen

Instructions

  1. PUT 6TBSP BUTTER, 100G CASTER SUGAR IN A BOWL. BEAT UNTIL PIGHT AND FLUFFY.
  2. ADD 3SMALL SCOOPS OF MILK. BLEND ALL TOGETHER.
  3. SIFT IN 100G REFINED FLOUR, 1 TSP BAKING POWDER AND FOLD EVERYTHING.
  4. GENTLY FOLD IN THE 25G FROZEN CRANBERRIES.
  5. SPOON THE MIXTURE INTO THE PAPER CASES.
  6. BAKE THE CUPCAKES IN A PRE HEATED OVEN, 180 DEG C FOR 15-20 MINS.
  7. TRANSFER TO A WIRE RACK TO COOL.
  8. BEAUTIFUL CRANBERRY CUPCAKES ARE READY.
  9. GIFT THEM TO YOUR DEAR ONES.
