Almonds and cranberry both are very healthy . Everyone knows abot almonds it helps in reducing risk of heart attacks , brain sharper, high fiber and many more benefits of almonds . Cranberry also too much powerful .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Outer part --
  2. Almonds 1/2 cup
  3. Condenced milk 1 tspn
  4. Saffron threads 12
  5. Sugar powder 3 tspn
  6. Milk 3 tspn
  7. Stuffing --
  8. Cranberry 2 tablespoon
  9. Sugar powder 2 tspn (optional)
  10. Almonds 1/4 cup
  11. Cardamom powder 1/2 tspn
  12. Poppy seeds for coating

Instructions

  1. Firstly soak saffron threads into milk and keep aside .
  2. Stuffing method --
  3. Grind cranberry then coarsly crush almomds.
  4. Mix crushed almonds , grinded cranberry , sugar and cardamom powder . Make stiff mixture . Keep aside
  5. Outer part --
  6. Grind almonds make powder.
  7. Add sugar ,and condensed milk into almond powder mix then add saffron milk gently as required make like doe .
  8. Take a polythene and greased it then take half doe and roll on polythene with rolling pin make flat like roti . Then cut from sides make recktangular shape .
  9. Take some stuffing and make a log . Place this log on the one side of rectangular shape roti and roll gently .
  10. Make all rolls like this .
  11. Then roll into Poppy seeds .
  12. Cut from center make 2 rolls of every roll
  13. Yummy almond cranberry rolls are ready ...
