Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Sugar 1 cup
  2. Crushed almonds 3/4 cup
  3. Sponge cake 2 slices
  4. Whipping cream 500 gms
  5. Apple 1
  6. Kiwi 2
  7. Mango 1
  8. Plum 2
  9. Peaches 2
  10. Fruit juice 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 CUP SUGAR IN A NONSTICK PAN
  2. WHEN SUGAR MELTS COMPLETELY, ADD 3/4 CUP CRUSHED ALMONDS, MIX WELL & TAKE OFF HEAT
  3. PLACE THE MIXTURE ON A GREASED BAKING SHEET, SPREAD IT OUT EVENLY, ALLOW IT TO COOL
  4. ONCE SET, CRUSH THE ALMOND PRALINE, SET ASIDE
  5. TAKE THIN SLICES & CHUNKS OF MIXED FRUITS, SPRINKLE SOME CASTOR SUGAR ON TOP
  6. BEAT 500 GMS WHIPPING CREAM FOR 5 MINS TILL STIFF PEAKS ARE FORMED
  7. PLACE A LAYER OF SPONGE CAKE ON A FLAT BOARD, DRENCH IT WITH SWEETENED FRESH FRUIT JUICE
  8. SPREAD A LAYER OF THE WHIPPED CREAM
  9. PLACE A LAYER OF THE MIXED FRUITS CHUNKS & THE CRUSHED ALMOND PRALINE
  10. COVER WITH ANOTHER SLICE OF SPONGE CAKE, DRENCH WITH FRUIT JUICE
  11. COVER THE CAKE COMPLETELY WITH WHIPPED CREAM, REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINS
  12. DECORATE WITH THE MIXED FRUIT SLICES
  13. STICK SOME CRUSHED PRALINE, BEAUTIFUL FRESH FRUIT PRALINE CAKE IS READY, SERVE CHILLED
