Sometime we have leftover breads .not only left over but we have bread we can add desired vegetables and make this manchurian which is very tasty and yummy .perfect for tea time

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup fresh bread crumb
  2. 1/2 cup grated carrot
  3. 1/2 cup fine chop cabbage
  4. 1 tsp Salt
  5. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  7. 1 tsp oil
  8. 1/2 tsp jeera
  9. 2 garlic cloves
  10. 1/2 cup chop onion
  11. 1/2 cup tomato
  12. 2 tbsp capsicum
  13. 1 tsp ginger
  14. 2 tbsp cornflour mix in water
  15. 1 tsp soya sauce
  16. 1 tsp vinegar
  17. 1 tsp chilli sauce
  18. 1 tsp tomato sauce
  19. Salt as per taste
  20. Peppper powder
  21. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. TAKE FRESH BREAD CRUMB GRATED CARROT AND CABBAGE IN A BOWL
  2. ADD SALT AND RED CHILLI POWDER
  3. AND PEPPER
  4. MIX ALL OF THEM
  5. USE YOUR HANDS AND MAKE A DOUGH
  6. NOW DEVIDE IT IN EQUAL PARTS AND MAKE BALLS
  7. AND FRY THEM
  8. HEAT OIL IN PANAND ADD GARLIC
  9. ONION AND SAUTE
  10. ADD CAPSICUM AND CHOP GINGER
  11. ADD TOMATO
  12. ADD SOYA SAUCE
  13. VINEGAR
  14. CHILLI SAUCE
  15. AND TOMATO SAUCE
  16. MIX CORNFLOUR IN WATER AND ADD IT AND SOME WATER
  17. ADD SALT AND RED CHILLI POWDER
  18. AND BREAD BALLS COOK FOR 2 MIN.
  19. OUR MANTURIAN IS READY GARNISH WITH SPRING ONION OR CORIANDER LEAVES
