I really want to try this.
In pressure cooker heat oil and ghee.add cinnamon,cardamom and cloves.
Now add onion.saute it till golden brown.after add grounded paste.mix well.cook for 4 min.
After add tomato,salt,green chilli,chilli powder mix well.after tomato became mussy add curd,Garam masala.
Now add mutton pieces add water.and wait for 5 whistles.
Open the lid and add rice,mint leaves and coriander leaves.mix well.cook for 20 min.
Check rice and put it in low flame for 10 min.
Healthy mutton biryani is ready to eat
