Easy and tasty mutton birysni in pressure cooker

In a pressure cooker add mutton,2 cups of water,turmeric,salt and chilli powder
Let cook in low heat for 4 to 5 whistle
Wash and soak rice in water
When the pressure has released,open pour in a bowl and set aside.
Place the cooker back on low flame
Add oil and 4 tbsp ghee when hot add all the spices given,to this add green chilli and ginger garlic paste,saute for a minute.
Add onions saute light brown
To this add tomato cook till mushy
Now add the mutton pieces,yogurt,lime juice ,mint and coriander,stir to mix well
To this add chilli powder,turmeric,and salt,stir and pour 1 3/4 cup water plus the biryani liquid,let it come to a boil.
Add the drained rice,stir once gently,let it boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
When you see the rice lightly puffed up , drizzle 2 tbsp ghee on top and close the lid with the weight,and reduce to very low flame.
Let it cool for 15 minutes,in the very low flame.
Once done off the stove,and let it remain closed for 10 minutes
Open and give it a gentle stir
Serve hot mutton biryani with raitha...
