Ingredients: 1/2 kg chicken; 2 potatoes cut into slices; Salt to taste; 2 tbsp Oil; 2 tbsp yogurt; 2 tomato made into puree; 2 sliced onions; 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste; 1/2 tsp haldi; 2-3 tsp red chilli powder; 1tbsp Coriander powder; 2 tsp garam masala powder; 2 tsp cumin powder; 1 bay leaf; 2-3 cloves; 3-4 peppercorn; 1 inch cinnamon stick; 2 green chillies; 1tbsp coriander leaves; 1-1 1/2 cup water

Ingredients Serving: 3

1/2 kg chicken
2 potatoes cut into slices
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tomato made into puree
2 sliced onions
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp haldi
2-3 tsp red chilli powder
1tbsp Coriander powder
2 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp cumin powder
1 bay leaf
2-3 cloves
3-4 peppercorn
1 inch cinnamon stick
2 green chillies
1tbsp coriander leaves
1-1 1/2 cup water

Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or kadhai,add sliced onions n fry till golden brown
Next add ginger garlic paste
Add tomato puree,chopped green chillies,whole garam masala,all powdered spices n salt
Saute it till the oil is seperated
Now add yogurt n saute it for 2-3 min more
Next add chicken pieces n water
Cook chicken till it is half done,add potato slices
When it is cooked garnish it with chopped coriander leaves n serve
