ABOUT Chicken Masala RECIPE

Spicy, delicious and hot chicken masala. Goes well with roti and hot steamed rice.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken 1/2 kg
  2. Chopped Onion 2 Nos.
  3. Chopped Tomato 1 No.
  4. Ginger garlic paste 2 spoons
  5. Chilly Powder 2 spoons
  6. Turmeric Powder Pinch
  7. Coriander Powder 1 spoon
  8. Curry leaf 1 twig
  9. Coriander leaf To garnish
  10. Green Chilly 1 no
  11. All spices
  12. Mustard 1/2 spoon
  13. Salt To taste
  14. Oil 3 spoons

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 spoons of oil in cooker.
  2. Add chopped onion, saute it. Add ginger garlic too.
  3. When raw smell goes off, add chopped tomato.
  4. Now add chicken pieces along with all powders including sslt. Mix well.
  5. Pour a glass of water, keep it for a 2 whistles. Put off flame
  6. When pressure released, heat spoon of oil in a wide pan.
  7. Add mustard and all spices. Pour cooked chicken mixture.
  8. Let it be in flame as per your required consistency.
  9. Adjust with salt and garnish with green chily, curry and coriander leaves.
