Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 300 gm paneer greared
  2. 1 bowl dryfruits sliced
  3. 1 ltr.milk
  4. 2 tbsp custard powder
  5. 3-4 green cardamon powder
  6. 1 1/2 bowl sugar
  7. 3-4 saffron strands

Instructions

  1. Boil milk add custard powder now add green cardamon.
  2. Add grated paneer in milk make them boil in simmer .
  3. When it turns thicken add sugar.mix again .
  4. Boil it for 15 mn again.now add dryfuits
  5. Ready to eat healthy paneer kheer.
