ABOUT Eggless Cupcakes RECIPE

Soft and spongy eggless cupcakes with a kick taste of banana. A great idea for kid's party

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups Flour (Maida)
  2. 1 Banana
  3. 1/2 cup Curd
  4. Milk as per requirement less than 1/2 cup
  5. 1/2 cup Sugar
  6. 2 tsp Baking powder
  7. 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  8. Oil 1/2 cup
  9. Readymade fondant for cupcake toppers(optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 175 degrees.
  2. Mix maida and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Take another bowl, mix milk, sugar, vanilla and curd together.
  4. Pour the batter in maida mix little by little.
  5. Add mashed banana and oil in the batter. Blend them well.
  6. Pour the batter in the muffin moulds and bake for 30 mins.
  7. Roll out the readymade fondant thinly and cut into small stars with a cookie cutter.
  8. Top the cupcake with the star and serve.
