Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 2 cups
  2. Grated Paneer 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar 2 tsp
  4. Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  5. Milkmaid 4 tsp
  6. Cashew 10
  7. Pista 5
  8. Badam 10

Instructions

  1. Chop badam,cashew and pista and set it aside.
  2. Boil milk.stir well.boil till milk reduces into half.
  3. Now add sugar and milkmaid.mix well.cook for 5 min.now add chopped badam,cashew and pista.stir well
  4. After add cardamom powder and grated panner.
  5. After 15-20 min paneer cooked well.Garnish with grated badam,cashew and pista.serve it.
