Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 3 kg boil milk.
  2. 1 bowl sugar
  3. 1 Lemon
  4. 5-6 saffron strands
  5. 2-3 green cardamon
  6. 1 bowl finely chopped dryfruits

Instructions

  1. Take 1 ltr. Milk boil it add lemon juice when it turns in paneer sieve with thin cloth.
  2. Let make it cool .now mash as well as u can again mash till it seems smooth.make a ball.
  3. Take a bowl add sugar make shasni add the paneer ball.
  4. Now boil left 2 ltr milk till it turns thicken add green cardamom sugar saffron. Now add balls of paneer.
  5. Mix well it ready to eat kesari rasmalai.add dry fruits and serve it.
