Ingredients Serving: 9

  1. Butter_2 tsp(room temperature)
  2. Cocoa powder-4tbs
  3. Maida -1/2.c
  4. Sugar(powdered)-1/2.cup
  5. milk 3/4.c (room temperature)
  6. Mill chocolate_110gm
  7. Baking Powder-1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven for 10 mins with a temp of 180 degrees.
  2. Method to make the batter
  3. Add all purpose flour,cocoa powder,powdered sugar and baking powder to sieve.
  4. Sift all ingredients to remove lumps.
  5. Now add the milk little by little and mix the batter.
  6. Please do not add all the milk to the batter.
  7. Melt the chocolate using double boil method
  8. Add 2 tsp butter to the chocolate mix and mix well.
  9. Mix the melted chocolate to the batter and mix well.
  10. Now add the remaining milk and mix well.
  11. Grease your ramekins.
  12. Tap remove any air bubbles.
  13. To bake the cake
  14. Place the mould on a tray and bake in preheated oven for 12_15 minutes.
