Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100gms panner peices
  2. 3 alloo boiled cut diced
  3. 1/2 cup carrot diced (boiled)
  4. 100gms dahi
  5. 1 tsp chili powder
  6. 1/2 tsp garam masal powder
  7. 1 cinamon
  8. 2 lavangas
  9. 1 cup slice of onion
  10. 1/2 cup tomato chopped
  11. 1 cup mint leaves
  12. 1 berinj leaf
  13. 2 tsp butter
  14. 1 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Take a boul put dahi,salt,chili powder, haldi,garma masal powder, lemon juice
  2. Keep mix up add diced peices of potatoes, panner for marinated
  3. Peices should bind to masal flavour
  4. Keep a pan add butter
  5. Put berinj leaf,cinamon, lavangas ,chopped onions
  6. Fri it becomes transparent
  7. Then add tomatos keep stir
  8. It becomes soft then add marinated panner ,potato peices ,carrot on to a pan
  9. Remaing curd also add it
  10. Put mint leaves keep cook for upto will form nice texture
  11. Gets good aroma,
