Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 bowl soak soya chunks
  2. 2 bowl basmati rice
  3. 2 bay leaf
  4. 2_3 clove
  5. 1 tbsp biryani masala
  6. 1 tbsp red chilli
  7. 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  8. Oil as used
  9. Salt as used
  10. Red and green color
  11. 5_6 mint leaf

Instructions

  1. Soak rice for half hr and soak Soya chunks.
  2. Pore oil in pot add bay leaf clove then add onions saute it add Soya chunks by adding biryani masala .
  3. Now add all spices mix well add rice and steam for 15 mn .
  4. When it's ready color in 2 part red or green.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves .
