Paneer parcha is a new variety of paneer , looks beautiful as well as tasty

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 tbsp melon seeds
  2. 250 gram paneer cut into square shape
  3. 8-10 cheshew nuts
  4. 1 cup tomato puree
  5. 2 tbsp fresh malai
  6. 1 tsp chilly ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 onion cut into fine pieces
  8. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  9. 1/4 tsp turmeric
  10. 1/2 tsp cumin
  11. Pinch of asafoetida
  12. Salt ti tast
  13. Ghee 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp
  14. Kasuri methi 1 /2 tsp
  15. Whole spices
  16. 1 bay leaf
  17. 2 pepercorn
  18. 1 star anise
  19. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  20. For paneer sandwich filling:-
  21. 1/4 cup mix vegetables ( carrot , onion , peas and tomato ) fonely chopped
  22. 1/4 tsp each red chilly , turmeric and garam masala

Instructions

  1. Soak chashew and melon seeds for 1/2 an hour and then blend into a smooth paste by adding little water
  2. Add 2 tbsp ghee in a pan and add all whole spices ,.cumin ,.asafoetida and saute well
  3. Add onions and chilly ginger garlic paste snd then add tomato puree
  4. Add all the dry masalas in it and cook fo 1-2 minutes
  5. Cook with a lid till oil leaves the sides
  6. Add chasew melon paste and fresh mslai and for 2-3 minutes
  7. Now our gravy is ready , add crushed kasuri methi and switch off the flame
  8. Now for paneer sandwich filling saute all the mix vegetables in a pan with 1 tbsp ghee and add some garam masala , red chilly , salt and turmeric
  9. Mash with a masher and place the filling on one paneer square
  10. Cover with second square and grill on tawa or griller
  11. Take the gravy in a plate and serve the grilled paneer sandwich
  12. Our paneer parcha is reafy to serve
