Add dried yeast in Luke warm water for 15mins. Till the time get the ingredients to prepare dough. Add salt and garlic powder into plain flour and prepare a soft dough using yeast water. Cover the dough with a wet cloth for 40-45 minutes. After 45mins dough will become double in size, apply a little oil in your hand and knead the dough.
Now cut the dough in 3 small pieces and roll each piece ( as per the size of the plate).
Add filling/stuffing to the bread. Apply water on the edge of the bread so that it can stick with the other end properly.
Cut the bread into pieces (half cuts only) so that it can bake properly and later we can cut it easily. After closing the bread apply butter on top of it and sprinkle some seasoning on top of it.
Add salt to cooker (remove gasket and whistle) and cover it for 15mins(medium flame).
Place the bread into a plate and keep the plate in cooker. Close the cooker for 15-20mins(high flame). Similarly you can prepare zingy parcel. After 15-20minutes, your garlic bread and zingy parcel are ready to be served.
How to prepare zingy parcel: roll the dough in circle then fold it from three sides and make a triangle.
Fold the triangle after adding the filing and apply little water to the edges so that they can stick together properly.
