Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 8-10 papdis (savoury crackers)
  2. 1 potato, boiled & chopped
  3. 1 onion, chopped
  4. 1 tomato, chopped
  5. 1-2 fresh green / red chilies, chopped
  6. 2-3 tbsp. fresh grated coconut
  7. 1-2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
  8. 2-3 tbsp. grated carrot
  9. 2-3 tbsp. roasted peanuts, crushed
  10. 1/2 cup sev
  11. green chutney, red chili & garlic chutney & sweet tamarind chutney as required
  12. 2-3 tbsp. coriander leaves
  13. pinch of roasted cumin powder
  14. pinch of chaat masala
  15. pinch of pepper powder
  16. 3-4 tbsp. yoghurt (or as required), mixed with a pinch of salt& a pinch of roasted cumin powder

Instructions

  1. Place the papdis on a serving plate. Arrange the onion, potato, tomato, green chilies, carrot, coriander leaves and coconut.
  2. Then drizzle all the chutneys and the yoghurt. followed by some sev, peanuts, sesame seeds and the dry spices.
  3. Lastly add a bit of the red chutney if preferred and serve as an evening tea-time snack.
