A light and healthy smoothie.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 bananas
  2. 2 tbsp oats
  3. Sugar or honey as per your choice
  4. 1 tsp rose syrup
  5. Handful of crushed ice
  6. 1 cup curd
  7. 1/4 cup milk
  8. Whipped cream to garnish

Instructions

  1. Take a mixer jar and blend in the banana, curd, milk, oats, sugar, rose syrup and crushed ice together.
  2. Garnish with whipped cream and serve it instantly.
