Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Curd 1 cup
  2. Mango diced (ripe) 1/2 cup
  3. Fresh coconut grated or dessicated coconut 2 tbsp
  4. Sugar 3 tsp (as per taste)
  5. Black salt 1/4 tsp
  6. Roasted zeera powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1/8 tsp
  8. Fresh curry patta 8-10
  9. Mustard seeds 1/8 tsp
  10. Oil 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Beat the curd, add salt, sugar and zeera powder.
  2. Add the diced mango pieces (I used Safeda variety).
  3. In a small pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Stir well then add chilli powder and immediately mix it with the curd.
  4. Serve it chilled.
