Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paan/Betel Leaf 4 Nos.
  2. Desiccated Coconut 1/2 cup
  3. Condensed Milk 3/4 cup
  4. Gulkand 2 spoons
  5. Salt Pinch
  6. Ghee 3 spoons

Instructions

  1. Grind pan leaf with condensed milk in mixie with pinch of salt.
  2. Heat a spoon of ghee in a pan.
  3. Pour grinded paan mixture. Add desiccated coconut, keep stirring until you can mould it.
  4. Let it cool for a while.
  5. Once done, grease your hand with ghee.
  6. Take a small portion of mixture, make a ball and add gulkand inbetween.
  7. Close the mixture and make proper ball.
  8. Roll it in desiccated coconut. Repeat the process.
  9. Once done, refrigerate it for 2 hours and then taste it.
