Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Okra/Ladies Finger/Bhindi- 500 gms
  2. Ground nut- 1/4 cup roasted
  3. Sesame seeds- 3 tbsp roasted
  4. Dry coconut powder- 1/4 cup
  5. Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
  6. Chilly Powder- 1 tbsp
  7. Turmeric Powder- 1 tbsp
  8. Dry Mango Powder- 1/2 tbsp
  9. Salt as per your taste
  10. Curry leaves few leaves and green chillies slit lenght wise 2 nos

Instructions

  1. Wash Ladies finger and keep it on one dry clothes to wipe nicely to remove all water.
  2. Heat pan and start roasting dry coconut until it turns brown in color, add coriander powder, chilly powder and turmeric powder roast until raw smell of coriander powder goes off
  3. Add amchur powder and switch off flame, remove from stove and set aside . Allow it to cool down
  4. Now take mixer grinder add ground nut, sesame seeds roasted coconut masala and grind it to fine powder.
  5. Now slit Ladies finger length wise and stuff this masala in to it.
  6. Now heat oil in flat pan and place ladies finger slowly and allow it to cook in medium flame for 6-7 mins, flip to other side and cook again for 5-6 mins
  7. Remove from pan and set aside, on the same pan fry some curry leaves and slit green chillies, this add flavours to your okra.
  8. Mix this green chillies and curry leaves with ladies finger and serve hot with dal rice.
