Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 cups of all purpose flour
  2. 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar
  3. 1 and 1/2 cup of milk
  4. 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  5. 1 cup milk powder
  6. 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  7. 1 tsp of baking powder
  8. Pinch of Baking Soda
  9. Cashew nuts to garnish
  10. Chocolate fudge or ganache to garnish

Instructions

  1. Sieve the all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder in a bowl. Now add the milk powder into the same.
  2. After adding all the dry ingredients into one bowl, take another bowl to add all the wet ingredients.
  3. Take the butter and melt it. Now warm the milk and dissolve the sugar into the same. Afterwards mix the milk mixture with butter and blend it with a blender or with the help of a spatula till it gets well mixed.
  4. Now slowly add the dry ingredient mixture and mix it till the mixture has a smooth consistency and is well mixed.
  5. Grease the silicone mould or any microwave oven proof mould with butter and sprinkle some flour. Remove the extra flour.
  6. Put the mixture into the greased mould. Now set time for 5 minutes in the microwave oven and put the mixture into the microwave.
  7. After this time, cover and check out the cake whether it's cooked or not by inserting a toothpick into the cake. If it comes out clean then it's properly cooked. If not then set it for another 1 minute and observe it after a few seconds till it is properly cooked.
  8. After the cake is baked, take it out of the microwave oven and let it cool down. Take it out from the mould.
  9. Now apply the chocolate fudge or ganache on the top and garnish it with some cashews nuts. This yummy cake is ready to be celebrated. Enjoy!
