Marinate the chicken with 1/2 cup of curd and keep aside
Heat mustard oil in a kadai. Add chopped onions and diced capsicum. Fry them for 3-4 min.
Add diced tomatoes. Keep frying for 2-3 min more.
Now add ginger, onion, garlic and chilli paste. Saute for 5 min. Add salt, sugar, turmeric powder and red mirch pwder. Keep sauteing.
Add the marinated chicken and saute for 10 min.
Add ground panchforon, coriander, kasundi and rest of the curd.
Add hot water and keep in medium flame until the chiken become tender.
Let the gravy be dried at your desired consistency.
