A fun fruity way to finish off your left over bread .

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 10-12 Bread slices
  2. 1/ 2 cup Sweetened fresh cream or whipped cream
  3. 1/2 cup chocolate syrup or as required.
  4. 3/4 cup blueberries or any fruit to prepare the topping .
  5. 1/4 cup powdered jaggery or sugar to prepare the topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit filling or topping by cooking berries with jaggery or sugar
  2. cook till topping has sticky consistency
  3. allow fruit topping to cool
  4. Cut the bread crusts neatly. spread the berry topping to layer the slices in between.
  5. Suggested to use, thickened sweetened fresh cream , chocolate syrup, blueberry topping, caramel, for the different layers.
  6. Stack them all together. Chill in fridge for some time till they all bind together well and not fall apart. Slice them , serve.
  7. Top with more fruit topping and whipping cream or fresh cream
  8. This is also great for Kids school lunch box, or after school a great dessert . wrap the breadcake in clingwrap and chill in fridge for 2 hours.
  9. This makes an excellent sandwich bread cake , no cook recipe .
