ABOUT Caramel Sauce RECIPE

Truly finger-licking good, this caramel sauce is better than anything you've ever eaten from a store

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 200 grams sugar
  2. 100 ml cream
  3. 3 tblsp butter
  4. A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan heat sugar on gentle heat. Do not stir. Let the sugar melt . You can turn the pan to adjust the temperature.
  2. Cook the sugar until deep golden brown. Turn off the heat. Add cream, sugar and a pinch of salt. Whisk well.
  3. It will bubble but don’t worry. Keep whisking until smooth. Pour into an clean air-tight container. Refrigerate.
