ABOUT pineapple shreekhand cone with caramel sauce RECIPE

In my recipe, I made sweet cones and twisted it pinaaple flavour shreekand with caramel souce.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For pineapple shreekhand:
  2. 5 cups fresh curd
  3. 10 tbsp powder sugar
  4. 1/4 cup pineapple pulp
  5. Pinch of yellow colour
  6. Few drops pineapple essence
  7. For Cones:
  8. 100g All purpose flour
  9. 60g butter
  10. 40g powder sugar
  11. 20ml Milk
  12. For Caramel sauce:
  13. 50g sugar
  14. 25g fresh cream

Instructions

  1. To make shreekhand, take a bowl put strainer on it. Put the muslin cloth over the strainer.
  2. Add curd in to prepared strainer, tie the edges of the cloth, keep it in to the refrigerator at least 4-5 hours.
  3. Then add sugar, pinaaple pulp, colour and essence, stir it well till everything is incorporated well ,then keep it in refrigerator.
  4. To make cone, add sugar, butter and milk in a bowl and mix it well, add all purpose flour and make a dough.
  5. Roll the dough with the help of rolling pin,then cut it to long streeps.
  6. Take a cone mauld and arrange the streeps on it ,bake it on 180d for 25 to 30 min in preheated oven, cool it and separate the cone mauld.
  7. To make caramel sauce, heat sugar in nonstick pan on slow flame, stir it until syrup comes to a boil. Remove from the heat and slowly whisk in the cream, cool it completely
  8. For serving add shreekhand in the cone, pour caramel souce and garnish with cherry.
