Grind all ingredients given ,to a fine paste.
Put pineapple pieces in a other. Add 1 cup of water & chilli ,turmeric powders & salt. Cook till 2 whistles.
Let the steam go. Then open the lid & add ground ingredients, curd & sugar. Add a little more water , if needed. Cook till gravy is thick.
Temper the given ingredients & add to the gravy. Stir well.
Serve hot.
