Marinate chicken into ingredients mentioned above.keep in fridge for 15minutes.
Put into skewers.arrange on a tawa or fry pan.
Cover with a lid and cook on medium to low flame for 10 minutes
Put the skewers on open flame for 1minute using awire rack.
Take out of tikkas from skewers,keep aside.
Prepration of gravy:
Heat oil in a pan.put red chilly powder and stir.
Add immediatelt ginger garlic paste sothat chilly powder shpuld not burn.
Add alittle water and cook slowly.
After 2minutes add allthe spices mentioned and tomato puree.
Cook till oil leaves the edges of vessel.
Add salt and alittle water to adjust the gravy.
Put tikkas in the gravy.mix
Pour cream and mix gently.
Cover and leave for 5 minutes on low flame.serve with naan
