ABOUT Drunken Noodles RECIPE

This is a yummy rice noodle recipe from the Thai Cuisine . I made a vegetarian version of it though you could add boiled and sautéed chicken , pork , shrimps of your choice .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. rice noodles ( fresh store brought )
  2. Onion 1
  3. Ginger garlic grated 1tbsp
  4. Green chilly slit 1
  5. tofu diced 1cup or even paneer
  6. mushroom diced 1cup
  7. red and yellow capsicum (sliced)
  8. beans , carrot , broccoli 1cup
  9. slit celery and little basil leaves (fresh or dry)
  10. egg 4 (optional but gives great taste )
  11. dark soy sauce 2tsp
  12. fish sauce 1tsp
  13. oyster sauce 1tsp
  14. sirarcha sauce 1tsp
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Sugar 1/2tsp
  17. peanut oil 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Keep a kadai and add oil then add the ginger garlic and green chilly .
  2. Then break open the eggs and fry them for a minuite on high flame .
  3. Next add in the onion , capsicum , carrot and beans .
  4. sauté on high flame for a minuite .
  5. Add in the noodles and all d sauces along with salt .
  6. Finally add in the tofu , brocolli , sliced celery , basil leaves and sugar and sauté for a min n sw off the flame .
