I am presenting vanilla pana cotta with mango sauce and fruits with strawberry compote.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For vanila panna cotta---
  2. 2 cup cream
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 1 tsp agar agar powder
  5. 1 /2 tsp vanila essence
  6. For mango sauce---
  7. Puree of 1 mango
  8. 1/4 cup sugar
  9. 1 /4 cup cream
  10. Strawberry compote----
  11. 5-6 strawberries
  12. 1 /4 cup sugar
  13. Fruits---
  14. Grapes and apple and pomegranate pearls

Instructions

  1. Vanilla panacotta--
  2. Take cream and sugar in pan and heat them on slow flame
  3. Mix agar agar in water
  4. When sugar dissolve add agar agar
  5. Stir it and cook for 1 min.
  6. Let it cool add essence
  7. Take mould and pour it
  8. Keep in freeze for 2-3 hours for set
  9. For mango sauce---
  10. Make puree of mango
  11. Add sugar and put on heat
  12. Stir till sugar melt
  13. Add cream and mix
  14. Turn off gas our sauce is ready
  15. Strawberry compote---
  16. Chop strawberries
  17. Add sugar and strawberries in pan
  18. Cook them till strawberries become soften
  19. Add 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  20. And pinch of salt
  21. Serving--
  22. Take serving plate and spread strawberry compote
  23. Demould panna cotta on it
  24. Pour mango sauce upon it
  25. Garnish with fruits
