This Fruit Cake is a burst of fresh fruit flavors. It not just tastes great but looks even beautiful. The freshness of the fruit with bright colors popping through the jelly makes this cake very special.

Divide the agar agar in to four parts.
First for the fruit layer, Dice the fruits in to your desired shape and place them in a deep bowl.
Take one part of agar agar in 3 cups of water and bring it to boil.Stir occasionally to avoid any lumps.When the agar agar is dissolved completly,add 1/2 cup of sugar and stir it well.Take it off from the flame.
Pour the agar agar slowly over the fruits bowl.Let it set for few minutes.
Meanwhile for the next milk layer,combine condensed milk,2 cup sugar,2 cup milk and agar agar and bring it to boil. Stir once and then.
Take it off the flame once it is cooled down.Pour this agar agar mixture over the fruit layer slowly.Let it set.
For the next grape layer, combine 1 cup milk,1/4 cup sugar,agar agar and bring it boil.Take it off from the flame and add grape juice to it.Pour this mixture above the milk layered agar.Let it set.
For the next rose milk layer,combine 2 cup milk,1/2 cup sugar,rose syrup and agar agar.Bring it to boil and take off from the flame once it is dissolved.
Pour this mixture above the grape juice layered agar agar.Let it set.
Around after half an hour, Run a off-set spatula around the sides of the tin taking care not to cut through the actual cake layers or disturb the fruits.
Place a plate upside down and invert the pan or tin.Gently tap the pan to release the fruit cake and voila your delicious four layered fruit cake is ready.
