The perfect healthy breakfast smoothie to beat summers

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 big apple, peeled cored and chopped
  2. 1 tbsp powdered almonds
  3. 1-2 tsp sugar (optional)
  4. 1/3 cup cold yogurt
  5. 1/2 cup cold almond/regular milk
  6. 1/8 tsp cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except cinnamon well until smooth
  2. Pour smoothie in cold glass, top with cinnamon. Serve cold
