ABOUT Berry & apple smoothie RECIPE

A delicious and healthy, filling drink after the day long fast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Blueberries - 100 gm
  2. Apple (chopped) - 1
  3. Milk - 1 cup
  4. Honey - 1 tbsp (can be increased or decreased according to personal preference)
  5. Walnuts - 4

Instructions

  1. Blend everything together in a jar, until smooth enough.
  2. Pour this into glasses and serve immediately.
  3. P.S : milk can be replaced with coconut Milk, or soy milk or yoghurt.
