Punjabi delicasy paneer butter masala

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg tomato
  2. 4 onion
  3. 3 tsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 1/2 cup cream
  5. 1/2 cup milk
  6. 1 tsp black pepper
  7. 1 inch cinamon stick
  8. 2 green cardamom
  9. 1 black cardamom
  10. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  11. 1 cup butter
  12. 250 gm panner
  13. 1/4 cup grated coconut
  14. 4-5 cashewnuts
  15. 2 tsp kasuri metthi
  16. 4 dry kasmiri red chilli
  17. 2 tsp salt
  18. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  19. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  20. 1 tsp coariander powder

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add 1/2 of the butter then add all whole spices then add whole red chilli then add tomato and onions roughly chopped and saute till soften for 10-15 min.
  2. Then add cashewnuts and coconut and add kasuri metthi and mix and puree it .
  3. Take a pan and add remaining butter then add ginger garlic paste and add powder spices and then add puree and mix it and cook it till oil comes out then add cream and milk and add panner cubes
  4. Garnish with chopped coariander.
