Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 potato
  2. 2 tbsp Oil
  3. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  4. Hing
  5. 2 cloves
  6. 1 bay leaf
  7. 1 Dry red chilli
  8. 1 cinnemon stick
  9. 1 tsp pepper powder
  10. 1 tsp Ginger paste
  11. salt as per taste
  12. 1 tsp haldi
  13. 2 tsp amchur powder
  14. 1 tsp garam masala
  15. Coriander leaves
  16. Hing raita---
  17. 1 cup curd
  18. Pinch of hing
  19. salt as per taste
  20. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  21. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  22. Kurkuri kachauri---
  23. 2 cup wheat flour
  24. 2 tbsp Besan
  25. salt as per taste
  26. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Chop potato in cubes
  2. Heat oil
  3. Add whole spices
  4. And ginger paste
  5. Add potato cover pan and cook
  6. Add salt and haldi
  7. Mash potato and add 1/2 cup water
  8. Mix amchur and garam masala
  9. Add coriander leaves
  10. Hing raita---
  11. 1 cup curd
  12. 1 /4 cup water
  13. 1/4 tsp hing
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. Red chilli powder and jeera powder
  16. Kurkuri kachauri---
  17. Add all ingredients and make a dough
  18. Roll down dough and cut in small puries with cutter
  19. Heat oil and fry them
  20. Press little with paper and fry again
  21. They became kurkuri
  22. Serve all three with together
