ABOUT Punjabi paneer malasa RECIPE

This is a perfect punjabi cuisine.it gives you punjabi tadka flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250 gm paneer
  2. Garlic& ginger paste 3 tbsp
  3. Butter 6 tbsp
  4. Onion 2 chopp
  5. Tomatoo puree 1/2 cup
  6. Oil for paneer saute 4 tbsp
  7. Kasuri methi 1 tbsp
  8. Malai or cream 3 tbsp
  9. Kashmiri Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  10. Turmeric1/4 tbsp
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Saute paneer for 3 minutes
  2. In a pan add butter &ginger garlic paste
  3. Stir it .For 1 min
  4. Add onion .Cook 2 minutes
  5. Add puree&spices.
  6. Add 1 tbsp malai or cream
  7. Put saute paneer on gravy
  8. Garnish with methi.
