Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 11/2 litre water
  2. 350 gm black carrot
  3. black mustard seeds
  4. black salt 1 tbsp
  5. salt 2 tspn
  6. red chilli powder 1 tspn

Instructions

  1. clean and cut carrots
  2. in a glass jar add water . carrots red chilli powder salt ( both )
  3. grind mustard seeds and add to water
  4. mix well cover the jar
  5. keep under sunlight for a week
