snacks made from all purpose flour seasoned with fenugreek leaves .

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. all purpose flour 300 gm
  2. salt to taste
  3. fenugreek leaves 1 tbspn
  4. oil 1/2 litre for frying 1 bawl for dough
  5. semolina 3 tbsp
  6. caraway seeds 1 tspn
  7. water 1 cup

Instructions

  1. in a big bawl add flour semolina mix well
  2. add salt caraway seeds fenugreek leaves mix again
  3. make a well in middle pour oil
  4. mix well
  5. add water in batches
  6. make a firm dough
  7. cover it with wet cloth keep aside for 15 minuets
  8. make small balls .
  9. roll them
  10. prick them with fork or make cuts from knife
  11. deep fry
