This pepper chicken is prepared using freshly grinded onion tomato paste ,pepper powder and curry leaves.
Mouthwatering!
First we have to grind onion tomato paste for that have to roast all ingredients under “For onion tomato paste”
Heat a kadai add 2 Tsp oil sauté onion tomato well.
Add garlic & ginger mix well
Add Redchilli powder, coriander powder mix well
Add grated coconut mix well and switch off the flame
Let it cool completely then grind into smooth paste .
In a heated kadai add 2 Tbsp seasame oil then add fennel seeds roast well .
Add Chicken sauté well add turmeric powder, salt mix well add pepper powder 2 Tsp
Add curry leaves mix well next add the grinded onion tomato paste mix throughly
Add 1/4 cup water stir well close the lid and cook for 10 minutes open the lid stir well occasionally.
Let Gravy simmer well add 2 Tsp pepper powder mix throughly.
When oil started to float at top and side switch off the flame
Pepper Chicken Ready Serve with rice , parotta, Biryani, Pulao, idly , dosa and chappathi
